Food Gift+ 2.0 & Assist Pro

In today’s challenging economic and social climate, many individuals and families may struggle to keep up, facing hardships such as sudden unemployment or illness. Our Food Gift+ 2.0 is designed to help residents navigate these difficult times.

Each month, we provide rations to families in need, and the demand for this assistance has been steadily increasing. From 2025, rather than distributing prepacked food rations, we empower residents by allowing them to choose the items they need, promoting dignity and reducing food waste.

Assist Pro:
As part of Assist Pro, we also provide additional support for households. Families with infants below 36 months old may receive milk powder and diapers, while seniors aged 60 and above may be supported with adult diapers. These resources help ease the financial burden on families and ensure their basic care needs are met.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Singapore Citizens and/or Permanent Residents (PR). At least one member of the family has to be a Singapore citizen.
  2. Residing within Jurong Central SMC and neighbouring estates
  3. Monthly household income between $3000 to $4200 or Per Capita Income between $800 to $1000*

Upload the following documents together with the application form:

  1. Identification Documents (e.g., NRIC, FIN)
  2. Recent Payslip or CPF statement for relevant household members
  3. Student pass/ concession (for Children/Youth programmes)
  4. Medical Reports (if applicable)
  5. Chas Card (if applicable)
    *Application and type of assistance will be assessed and determined on a case-by-case basis.
