Chair-Based Exercise


The Chair-Based Exercise serves to encourage healthy living among retirees and elderlies within the community.

The objective of this programme is to encourage elderlies to exercise and move without putting any pressure on their bodies. Hence, participants will be seated on chairs while exercising.

Located at the Multi-Purpose Hall between Block 316 & 312 Jurong East Street 32, the exercise is held every 1st Friday of the week, conducted by Mdm Tay Sheau Yin on a voluntary capacity.

The duration of the exercise will be from 11am to 12pm.
