Medical Escort & Transport Services
In collaboration with Dorcas Home Care Services, we are rolling out direct application for Medical Escort & Transport Services in January 2020.
Eligibility Criteria
- *Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs)
- Living alone or with another frail caregiver, and is without a regular caregiver during the day
- Monthly household income not more than $1,900**, or per capita income not exceeding $650** per month
- Service is meant for ongoing medical appointments only. Visits to dialysis or similar medical services are not included
- Service is not applicable for persons who are bedridden. Applicants have to be safe on wheelchair at least
* youth and young adult who meet the above criteria is eligible to apply for the service
** income level is not the sole consideration; other household condition(s) will be considered for eligibility and application of available subsidies
